The organisation has reserved rooms in hotels of Terrassa and Barcelona. As we have limited numbers of rooms in these hotels, booking will be carried out for strict petitions reception order.

If you want, the organisation of the Congress could reserve a room in one of these hotels for you.

To be able to carry out the booking, we will need a credit card number. Without it we will not be able to book it. In case of annulment of the reserve, the Hotel will carry out no charge, except if the cancellation is carried out the last 5 previous days to the date of arrival. In such case the Hotel will charge a night of stay using your credit card number.

The payment of the hotel fees will be done by yourself at the hotel, the departure day.

In the case of the Center-Ramblas Youth Hostel, the hotel bill should be paid about 3 weeks before the day of arrival. The Youth Hostel will take charge of charging these expenses in your credit card.
