NOTE:The capacity of the Congress main room is limited to 300 participants. The access will be allowed in strict order of inscription. In case the room capacity is surpassed, additional rooms with live video projection will be set up. In that case, participants will have the possibility to intervene directly in the round-tables. Participants will be notified in advance if such a case occurs, in order to allow participants to decide if they want to register under these conditions.

To correctly formalise your inscription you must finalise the following steps:

Important
a: a: Remember that you must indicate in the transfer the name and surname of the person participating in the congress.
b: The payment can be carried out only in euros.
c: We will not consider any inscription as complete until we have received the complete personal data plus the bank transfer.
d: Due to the present hotel politics in our country, the hotels request us the number of a credit card to be able to charge the expenses in case of cancellation or the reserve of the Hostel (see hotels).
